                        <p>The most significant number of brandished phones are seen around an imposing yellow car, specifically a Triumph TR6. There's a good reason for this: this artwork by Sarah Lucas, a "Young British Artist" exhibited in the Sadie Coles HQ gallery booth, addresses highly relevant themes. While earlier versions exuded sensuality, abjection, and fragility, more recent iterations emphasize individuality and vitality. The duo of "models" embodies the lascivious glory of middle-aged women. However, this type of work, often there for mere spectacle and destined to end up on Instagram sooner or later, seems to be running its course during these art fairs. In fact, the focus is shifting back to essential, discreet painting on canvas. This is exemplified by a work by Ed Clark, showcased at the Hauser &amp; Wirth Gallery, which has finally made its way to Paris and immediately captivates as soon as you enter the fair.</p>
                        <p>Further along, at the Lisson Gallery, you'll encounter an elegant cabinet and its skeleton, designed by Hugh Hayden. Meanwhile, sculptures by Takashi Murakami and "Pale Blue" by Paul McCarthy catch the eye at Perrotin. Worried about losing that sense of familiarity? No need to fret, you can also discover neon lights by Claire Fontaine at Mennour, limited series by Gideon Rubin at the Karsten Greve Gallery, a "Knot" by Jean Michel Othoniel at the Kukje Gallery, a Jeppe Hein balloon, a forest by Eva Jospin, and finally, a superb Buren artwork at the Galeriacontinua.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Outside the walls</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span>After leaving the Grand Palais &Eacute;ph&eacute;m&egrave;re, head towards the Jardin des Tuileries, where "La Cinqui&egrave;me Saison" is hosted. This exhibition was curated by Annabelle T&eacute;n&egrave;ze, the director of the Louvre-Lens museum, and features works by artists like Gaetano Pesce, Alicja Kwade, John Giorno, and Zanele Muholi. The highlight of the visit is a demountable house designed in 1941 by the visionary designers Jean Prouv&eacute; and Pierre Jeanneret, with only a few rare examples produced until 1943. A bit further on, at Place Vend&ocirc;me, Urs Fischer unveils the 2018 aluminum sculpture titled "Wave," standing at five meters high. Meanwhile, Jessica Warboys takes over the Chapelle des Petits-Augustins des Beaux-Arts de Paris with her exhibition "THIS TAIL GROWS AMONG RUINS" (2023), featuring a combination of video and canvas collages. At the Palais d'I&eacute;na, you can explore a collaborative project by Daniel Buren and Michelangelo Pistoletto, curated by Matthieu Poirier. Lastly, on the Parvis de l&rsquo;Institut de France, proudly stands "VERS DES HORIZONS NOUVEAUX" (2023), a monumental sculpture created by Sheila Hicks.</span></p>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Editor's favorite, the "Waall .2" exhibition is taking place at the Au Roi gallery, where the "together" agency invites six multidisciplinary artists to transform the gallery's walls through abstract explorations of reality using colors, materials, and their transitional states. These artists include C&ocirc;me Cl&eacute;rino, who is currently featured in the windows of the Herm&egrave;s boutique in Aix-en-Provence, as well as Marion Flament, Arthur Hoffmann, Guillaume Linard Osorio, Mathieu Merlet-Briand, and Clara Rivault. Clara Rivault's HEDERA project has just been selected for installation on the facade of the new headquarters of the Institut Fran&ccedil;ais.</div>
