Strong, unexpected and passionate. Maximilian Davis’s women’s and men’s fashion show explores a strong sense of emancipation during Milan Fashion Week.

In the darkened location, a path of fresh rose petals defines the Ferragamo Fall Winter 2025-2026 runway. For the women&#39;s and men&#39;s show, creative director Maximilian Davis continues his reinterpretation of the heritage begun by Salvatore Ferragamo . After sponsoring the <a href="https://www.lofficielitalia.com/moda/ferragamo-mostra-danza-teatro-scala-milano-2025" target="_blank" rel="noopener">exhibition at the Museo del Teatro alla Scala</a> for the show presented during the women&#39;s fashion week, the brand has strengthened its connection with dance and the German Tanztheater. “The 20s were a time of freedom, of emancipated people creating spaces for themselves,” Davis says in the press release. And this sense of emancipation emerges from the silhouettes: clean-cut silk dresses embellished with transparencies and fur details, tailored pieces from the menswear wardrobe with a touch of sensuality, knitted looks with a relaxed fit. The satin materials, warm cashmere, shiny leathers and feathers. The shoes recall the Ferragamo archive: organza and satin petals decorate almond-toed pumps, wedges, brogues and ankle boots. The Hug transforms into a bum bag or feather clutch, while the new Soft-bag comes in a range of materials and shades that reflect the spirit of the season. «I find the surrealist idea of starting from everyday objects and interpreting them in a disturbing way very interesting. It&#39;s like infusing a subtle uneasiness into the familiar».

Numerous guests were present in the first row at the Ferragamo fashion show. A varied audience of national and international stars, reflecting the aesthetics of the brand: Hollywood actresses Michelle Monaghan, Rosie Huntington , the Italian Isabella Ferrari , but also the British actor Michael Ward. And also Hyun-Jin Seo and Gao Yuanyuan, respectively style icons in Korea and China. Barbara Lopez, Kristina Romanova, Fai Khadra and finally the British singer Shygirl .
