Miu Miu Spring/Summer 2024 feels the rush (and not just because Troye Sivan walked the runway).

For Miu Miu Spring/Summer 2024, the Miu Miu girl has places to be and people to see.&nbsp; 
The show took place inside the Palais d'I&eacute;na, with the space transformed into an imaginary history of technological ruins (an immersive project that was the brainchild of Qatari-American artist Sophia Al-Maria). But even while weathering the storm, the Miu Miu girl stops for no one, she's too busy living the hectic life. 
There's a carefree, undone attitude present throughout the show and reflected in the garments and the styling: Wet hair haphazardly combed through; clothes thrown into your bag as you keep trekking to your next destination; neon bandaids covering your blistered feet; and peeks of your shirt untucked with your underwear waistband on display.
But the purposeful discombobulatedness of it all is exactly what makes it young, fresh, and modern, continually solidifying Miu Miu as the go-to brand of today's It girls. There's a mix of sportiness and aquatic touches present as if the mood board included nostalgic early-aughts photos of surfers and rugby players. It's interpreted through the board shorts, shoelace-style drawstrings, woven beach sandals, and striped boxy t-shirts.
The jewel-encrusted panties from the Fall/Winter 2023 collection have been dethroned by bold-colored sungas, and the micro mini skirts have been updated with an even tinier hemline and bouncy ruffles. Miuccia Prada hops aboard the low-rise train, with models wearing low-rise knee-length skirts and relaxed-fit trousers&mdash;all of which are also styled with wide belts slung slightly above the hips.
As if the collection wasn't already buzzy enough, Troye Sivan made his Miu Miu runway debut with one of the closing looks worn by Gigi Hadid.
