CFDA Awards 2019: The Best of the Red Carpet of the Awards

Busy night in New York! This Monday, 03.06, the city receives the CFDA Awards, annual awards of the biggest American fashion highlights. Female and male fashion designer of the year and accessories designer are some of the night's awards, which names like Marc Jacobs, Rick Owens and Virgil Abloh are competing.

Highlight for the Board of Directors' Tribute Award, which this year will be given to the Barbie doll. Alexander McQueen stylist Sarah Burton was honored with the new Valentino Garavani and Giancarlo Giammeti International Award. The Founders Awards was given to Carine Roitfeld, while Lynn Yager received the Media Award.

Singer Jennifer Lopez is the Fashion Icon of 2019, according to the CFDA and shone on the red carpet. See the best looks below:
