"Is utopia worth fighting for?" This is one of the eight questions of the new Prada Spring Summer 2021 campaign.

Continuing in the wake of the collection&#39;s performance, where there were no spectators and cameramen, but only the camera lens to capture every angle of the model, this campaign also harnesses the power of technology. The images taken in fact represent the models photographed by hundreds of drop frames from the ceiling that rotate 360 &deg; around models, capturing all points of view. No credit, other than that of the creative director Ferdinando Verderi who has designed an innovative and extremely reflective campaign.

&quot;Technology defines the twenty-first century and determines our point of view on the collection, however, the models, styling, care and selection of the shots are based on the human mind and eye: the process becomes a real study on the dialogue between man and technology, and on the role of the latter as an unprecedented communication tool. &quot; they explained in a statement.

Creativity places a single question on the face of each model. An almost existentialist reflection on the future, the new, diversity, inclusion, sustainability, digital systems and even utopia and the concepts of humanity. The new format for Prada&#39;s <a href="https://www.lofficielitalia.com/fashion-week/prada-spring-summer-2021-miuccia-prada-raf-simons-milano-fashion-week" target="_blank">Spring Summer 2021</a> campaign has traced a path to involve users and fans. By addressing the viewer directly, they subvert the traditional communication systems of the advertising campaigns preset by the fashion system. &quot;Prada&#39;s intent, in fact, is to overcome the barriers to communicate with the public, involving them in a dialogue that becomes an essential component of the campaign&quot; they say.
